BAYADA Home Health Care, a leading provider of home health care services, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Haddon Heights, New Jersey.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, who are adults and geriatric patients residing in Burlington County. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the chance to work independently and manage your time effectively to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet for accurate documentation.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client mobility, range of motion, strength, endurance, balance, and safety.
  • Implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to promote wound repair and prevent further injury.
  • Educate and instruct clients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
Requirements
  • A current NJ Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
