Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring cleanliness and proper stocking of restrooms and breakrooms, performing cleaning tasks as necessary in various facilities. Duties include cleaning glass doors and windows, maintaining outdoor seating areas, and managing waste disposal in designated areas.

Essential Functions

60% - Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and supplies in restrooms and breakrooms
30% - Cleaning glass doors and windows, maintaining outdoor seating areas, and managing waste disposal
10% - Spot cleaning common areas and performing additional related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.

Special Working Conditions

This position may require physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and repetitive motions.
