We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Unit at Mercy Hospital Kingfisher. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by identifying and reporting potential risks and near misses.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Physical stamina to perform duties, including prolonged standing and walking.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
