Position Overview:

The Vice President of Operations is a key executive role responsible for overseeing the operational functions of the bank. This position is essential in ensuring that all departments, including Retail Deposits, Human Resources, Marketing, Training, and Information Technology, operate seamlessly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to functional supervisors managing daily operations.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness across all banking functions.
  • Leverage technology to enhance operational processes and customer service experiences.
  • Manage the electronic banking functions, including cash management, mobile banking, and ACH services.
  • Lead the strategic planning initiatives and implement objectives aligned with the bank's goals as set by the executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • 15-20 years of relevant experience in a banking operational environment.
  • 10+ years of experience in senior management roles.
