Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse in the Neuro PCU, you will:
1. Assess and evaluate patient care needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their physical, psychological, and social requirements.
2. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
3. Deliver direct patient care, while supervising and coordinating the activities of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
4. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary based on evaluations and patient responses.
5. Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Work Environment:

Qualifications:
