Job Overview

Bruziv Partners LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman to join our team of professionals. As a key member of our outdoor operations team, you will be responsible for leading a crew of 2-4 crew members in providing high-quality landscaping and snowplowing services to our clients across the Northeast Ohio area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a crew of 2-4 crew members in performing various landscaping tasks, including lawn maintenance, landscaping, hardscaping, and snow/Ice management.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Develop and implement effective crew management strategies to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of landscaping experience, with a proven track record of success in leading a crew.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Self-motivated and reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
