Job Overview

Full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary ranging from $25 to $45 per hour based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Location: North Salem, NY, serving the surrounding counties.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both commercial and residential clients. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.
  • Travel to various job sites within the service area, coordinating with dispatch to ensure timely service and effective communication with customers regarding any delays.
  • Ensure the company vehicle is kept in good condition, including regular refueling, reporting mechanical issues, and completing monthly vehicle inspection forms. Regular cleaning of the vehicle is also expected.

Qualifications for HVAC Service Technician:

  • Maintain adequate stock of parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service is required.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation every 8 weeks.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Hold a valid EPA Certification.
  • Ability to commute to the North Salem, NY office on a daily basis.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
