About this Position
As a Rehabilitative Therapist, your responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients to enhance their daily living skills. You will create individualized treatment strategies aimed at achieving specific rehabilitation objectives. Working closely with the Rehabilitative Therapy team will ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
1. Evaluate patients' functional capabilities and devise tailored treatment plans.
2. Implement therapeutic interventions and exercises to enhance clients' physical and psychological health.
3. Educate patients and their families on adaptive strategies and tools.
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate comprehensive care strategies.
5. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal effectiveness.
Essential Qualifications
- Rehabilitative Therapist (RT) License
- BLS Certifications
- Two years of recent experience as a Rehabilitative Therapist
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
