Role Overview:
- Full-time position in a metropolitan area with multiple clinic locations.
- Work in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Utilize Athena EMR for patient management.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Clinics generally operate Monday to Friday, with some locations offering extended hours.
- Manage an estimated patient load of 20 per day.
- Participate in a rotation with other clinicians for on-call duties (telephonic only).
- Supervise at least one advanced practice provider (APP).
- Conduct routine wellness visits, manage chronic conditions, and provide minor injury care.
- Offer family planning and women's health services.
- Perform lab services, screenings, and prescription refills.
Qualifications:
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Possess a valid state physician license.
