About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD, RDN) to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a key member of our clinical nutrition team, you will provide expert nutrition care to patients in long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized nutrition plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective implementation of nutrition plans.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and families on nutrition and healthy eating.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
  • Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred).
