Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$115,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Home Infusion Specialist at BJC HealthCare, you will evaluate clients and furnish services requiring substantial and specialized skill. You will assess patient preferences and barriers to involvement in care, develop individual plans of care, and implement and document these plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patient.

You will also promote respect, equity, and empathy in interactions with diverse and vulnerable populations through care delivery. This includes support for emotional, spiritual, and cultural preferences of patients, family, and caregivers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree and a valid driver's license. You should also have at least 2-5 years of experience as a nurse, preferably in a home health or infusion setting.
