Technical Writer

Canacre is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in planning, writing, and editing operating procedures to improve program and project management related processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop quality control plans for departments
- Maintain an index of document version history for all documents placed under document control
- Assist with the development and editing of Canacre documents to align with strategic objectives
- Format Canacre documents, including policies, processes, guidelines, reference documents, manuals, templates, and forms
- Develop detailed project/work plan templates, flow charts, and track progress
- Proofread and edit documentation created by various departments within the Company
- Bachelor's degree in English, Business, project management, quality management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical writer
- Previous experience in consulting or construction industries is considered an asset
- Programming or MadCap skills are considered an asset
