What You Will Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring a range of skills, qualifications, and experiences. These include:

  • A strong understanding of causes, symptoms, and effects of substance abuse; appreciation for the behavioral, psychological, physical and social effects of drug abuse.
  • Experience working with individuals struggling with substance abuse, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and ARMS (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capacity to maintain sensitivity and objectivity under pressures generated by association with substance abuse treatment participants.
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to ethical standards and safeguard the participants.
  • Commitment to protecting and maintaining program participants' health, safety, welfare, and confidentiality of records and participant information.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is $35 - $38 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of benefits, including:
