  • Risk Management: Evaluate risks associated with new products, materials, processes, and equipment, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze customer complaints thoroughly to identify root causes and develop improvement plans to address and prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Customer Support: Provide on-site support for customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality standards and address any issues that arise during audits.
  • Documentation: Maintain an organized file system for all relevant documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible for reference and audit purposes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in electrochemical engineering, engineering, materials science, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in process engineering or a related field, with proven experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in engineering techniques such as Six Sigma, DOE, MSA, SPC, FMEA, and 8D problem-solving process, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools like Minitab and JMP.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance.
