  2. Production Oversight:
    • Develop and manage production schedules to fulfill customer requirements and deadlines.

    • Identify and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize operational interruptions.
  3. Quality Control:
    • Perform regular inspections of finished products to confirm they meet client specifications.

    • Address quality concerns swiftly, investigating underlying causes and implementing preventive strategies.
  4. Safety and Compliance:
    • Implement and uphold safety regulations to foster a secure working environment for all personnel.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in print or bindery operations is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in bindery and cutting operations, with a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong technical understanding of bindery and cutting machinery, processes, and materials.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities, capable of motivating and inspiring team members.
  • Solid grasp of quality control principles and practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and perform well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with computerized manufacturing systems and software applications.
