We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in Lakeway. This role involves working collaboratively with a team of clinicians to support our patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for:

  • Conducting initial patient evaluations, setting goals, and developing a comprehensive Plan of Care.
  • Monitoring treatment progress and documenting weekly notes and discharge assessments.
  • Participating in team conferences and family training sessions.
  • Engaging in care partner meetings to ensure holistic patient care.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive therapist who is eager to contribute to our rehabilitation efforts. Our facility is situated in a picturesque area, providing a serene environment for both staff and patients.

As a Physical Therapist at Select Medical, you will utilize web-based documentation systems for timely and accurate record-keeping. You will also interpret assessment and diagnostic data, ensuring that medical orders are processed accurately and promoting continuous quality improvement.
