Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food items to meet quality and presentation standards
  • Portion product and follow recipes
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays
Requirements
  • 1+ year high-volume restaurant experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Eye for detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
