Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Oversight: Manage a portfolio of pre-litigation personal injury cases, ensuring each case progresses efficiently and accurately.

  • Insurance Negotiation: Engage with insurance adjusters to negotiate settlements and respond to case-related questions.

  • Medical Coordination: Oversee and manage client medical treatments, ensuring clients receive appropriate care and that all medical documentation is organized.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in case management within the personal injury sector.
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law, including familiarity with legal processes, medical terminology, and insurance claims.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, particularly in interactions with insurance representatives.
  • Experience in managing property damage claims and coordinating client medical treatments.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering relationships with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
