At Abode Care Partners, we are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Medical Director for Geriatric Care, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs in various settings.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a demonstrated proficiency in medical instruments and equipment. A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) and current certifications as a Nurse Practitioner are required. Active state licensure and DEA registration are also essential.

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.   • Job Summary: Provide high-quality patient care to seniors and patients with complex needs in various settings.

  2. Treat chronic conditions, minor injuries, and other illnesses or injuries.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.
  4. Ensure patient medical records are up-to-date.
  5. Participate in interdisciplinary care and maintain a comprehensive plan of care.
Requirements:
  1. Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
