About the Role:

Come and be a part of our IHOP family where we spread joy every day. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they step into our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly and cheerfully greet guests as they enter the restaurant and seat them as soon as possible.
  • Maintain a waiting list as needed.
  • Rotate seating stations and handle complaints as well as thank guests and invite them to return.
  • Answer the phone, take messages, and complete to-go orders while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Handle money in a responsible manner by maintaining guest checks.
  • Perform restroom cleaning duties and reset tables by cleaning chairs, booths, and floors.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to effectively communicate with both guests and team members.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
