The Job

As a MAD Greens Team Member, you'll provide exceptional hospitality to our guests. You'll work with the public and internal team members, driving our culture of having fun and contributing to the collaborative spirit of the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and make them feel comfortable and welcome.
  • Take guests' food orders and handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Follow operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety/security.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
  • Ensure the availability of fresh ingredients daily.
  • Cut, slice vegetables and fruits, and store them properly.
  • Rotate food items in cold storage and trash expired items.
  • Sort, chop, and store food items for cooking purposes.
  • Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Prepare food items quickly and accurately.
  • Follow sanitation and safety procedures, including knife handling and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
  • Effectively handle guest concerns and complaints.
  • Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
  • Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes our culture.
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for up to 8+ hours per shift.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with sharp kitchen tools when in a prep position.
