Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Technician to join our team at Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community, Inc. This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of private residences and public areas throughout our campus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general cleaning and floor care duties in private residences and public areas
  • Refurbish and renovate private residences as needed
  • Operate power equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
