Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome members in a respectful and professional manner, addressing all inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Facilitate member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, cashiers' checks, money orders, and loan payments through various channels including in-person, telephone, or mail.
  • Ensure accuracy by balancing and verifying transactions and cash totals on a daily basis.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the full range of products and services, offering suitable options to members and prospective members.
  • Open and close computer terminal accounts on a daily basis.
  • Review documents for endorsement and negotiability.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Perform drive-up teller and night drop functions as assigned.
  • Carry out additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional written, listening, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Proficient in operating a 10-key calculator.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and adapting to a dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Work may involve prolonged periods of standing or sitting.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
  • Must be able to visually recognize, reconcile, and verify numerical details for accuracy.
  • Repetitive motions may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Must be able to navigate the facility with reasonable accommodations.
  • Ability to lift and carry small parcels and packages.

Compensation

$15.00-$16.00 Hourly
