Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Health Advocates Network - Northeast. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with a talented team of healthcare professionals.

Job Summary:

The ICU Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as an ICU Registered Nurse.
  • 2 years of experience in SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU.
  • American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certification.
  • EPIC experience required.
  • Must have experience with CRRT and Prismaflex.
  • An active, current (NY) state license.
