Job Title:

Restaurant Server


Job Summary:

Tucker Brewing Company is seeking a skilled Restaurant Server to join our team. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.


Responsibilities:
  • Take food and beverage orders from diners, serve meals, and meet any special requirements or requests
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials so that you can respond to client questions and provide recommendations
  • Actively engage in pre-shift and department meetings to get a thorough knowledge of all goods, services, and facility operations
  • Accept correct payment from guests and guarantee the accuracy of the guest check and manner of payment to protect both the client and the business from any transaction mistakes
  • Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed

Qualifications:
  • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
  • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
  • Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills
  • Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
