Job Summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in a travel position. As a Rehabilitation Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients with various rehabilitation needs, including those with physical disabilities, injuries, or illnesses.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist specializing in Rehabilitation.
  • Current Physical Therapist license within the state of practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
