Job Description
This Client Service Director role is a critical position that will drive growth and expansion of the company's Public and Private sector water and wastewater practice in Southern California. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage the marketplace, collaborate with the established team, and manage key and strategic projects from planning to construction.

Key Requirements
Candidates must possess a thorough understanding of the local market, established industry relationships, and strong technical knowledge of the water, wastewater, pipeline, stormwater, environmental, and industrial consulting business. A proven track record of business development, relationship building, negotiation, and client service management is essential. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for team building, staff development, and collaborative inclusive leadership. A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, a BS or MS in Civil, Chemical, Environmental, or similar engineering field, and a California PE license or ability to immediately obtain one are required.
