Overview

We're offering a $4,000 sign-on bonus for this position. As a Dental Office Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining efficient operations, achieving performance goals, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional patient care and experiences.
  • Implement and maintain effective policies, procedures, and directives to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Coach and resolve staff and patient issues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with patients and staff.
  • Minimum of two years of experience managing a fast-paced dental office, with knowledge of dental insurance plans.
