Multidisciplinary Psychotherapist for Adolescent and Young Adults

We are seeking an exceptional Adolescent and Young Adult Psychotherapist to join our Behavioral Health team at Fenway Health. This role offers a chance to make a lasting impact in the lives of our patients, particularly those from diverse backgrounds.
In this position, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive behavioral health services to adolescents and young adults aged 13-25. Responsibilities include diagnostic assessments, individual therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy, as well as contributing to our efforts to promote anti-racism and equity within the organization.
A starting salary of $70,000 per year, plus bonus incentives, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing professional development opportunities are available. We value flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work harmoniously and effectively with colleagues, patients, clients, and vendors across the spectrum of diversity.
Requirements include LCSW/LICSW/LMHC licensure, proficiency in mental health assessment/evaluation, and experience working with adolescent/youth populations. You will also have opportunities to acquire and hone your clinical knowledge and skills in providing trans and gender-affirming care. Benefits include 3+ weeks of vacation, 9 sick days, and 11 paid holidays per year.
