  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and reduce the risk of accidents.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as equipment failures or resident complaints, to minimize downtime and ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Community Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify and address any maintenance or housekeeping issues.
  • Staff Support: Provide guidance and support to maintenance staff to ensure that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, preferably in a multi-unit residential setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in basic maintenance and repair tasks.
