The Cardiac Ultrasound Specialist is responsible for executing and overseeing echocardiogram (cardiac ultrasound) procedures. This role involves calculating, measuring, and documenting essential values from the tests conducted for subsequent review and interpretation by medical professionals. Effective communication with physicians, management, and colleagues regarding any changes in patients' clinical conditions during echocardiogram procedures is crucial.

Our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals is committed to providing comprehensive preventative and diagnostic services, utilizing some of the most advanced technologies available to ensure your health and well-being.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Echocardiographer across all Echo modalities, specifically with adult and geriatric populations.
  • Experience with TEE and Stress Echo is mandatory.
  • Board Certification with the Registry of Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) is required upon hiring.
  • Registered Vascular Sonographer (RDVS or RVT) is necessary; if not currently registered, candidates must obtain registration within 6 months of employment.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Preferred experience in Vascular Ultrasound and in-patient testing for neonates, pediatrics, and adolescents.
