Behavioral Therapist

Soliant is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to play a critical role in enhancing the educational experience of our students with autism and other developmental disabilities.
As a Contract BCBA, you will work closely with a dedicated team of educators and support staff to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs) that foster growth, independence, and positive behavior changes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
- Provide training and guidance to school staff, including teachers and paraprofessionals, on BIP implementation.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of students and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure a coordinated approach to support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and provide expertise to improve the overall educational environment.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- State licensure and certification is required.
- In-depth knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
- Compassion and patience when working with students with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a school team environment.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic educational setting.
