Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide fast, friendly service and be attentive to guests' needs.
  • Manage Orders and Deliveries: Accurately take guests' food and drink orders, enter orders into the point-of-sale system, and deliver trays to designated tables.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Keep the server station clean, set up and take down tables as needed, and bus and reset tables as required.
  • Work Collaboratively with Team Members: Assist other team members as needed and participate in all incentives and contests to drive sales and promote the brand.
  • Meet Sales and Service Standards: Meet or exceed sales and service standards, including maintaining a thorough understanding of all menu items and being able to answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions, read and write handwritten notes, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, move about the facility, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
