Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on patient care to infants in our level II NICU, working closely with a fast-paced team to ensure excellent care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs, utilizing resources wisely and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote patient advocacy, physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, educate patients, and support postpartum unit as needed.
Requirements:
- 1 year of RN acute care experience, with NICU experience preferred.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Idaho or Oregon, with RN license required at six months.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required at 6 months of employment, and PALS and STABLE certification required or obtained within 1 year of hire date.
