Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct a team of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes and patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization
  • Listed as the pharmacist in charge on the pharmacy's state license
  • Submission of required information to the state PMP administrator
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree

We offer a competitive salary range of $62.00 - $77.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) retirement savings plan, and employee stock purchase plan.
