* Operate the dishwasher and washing machine to ensure all dishes are thoroughly cleaned
* Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
* Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure all dishes are cleaned and returned to their proper location
* Assist with cleaning and organizing the kitchen and dining areas as needed

**Requirements:**

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
* Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
* Valid food handlers card
