Retail Reset Associate – Discount Stores Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Retail Reset Associates in the discount store segment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently resetting and rearranging store shelves according to defined planograms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reset and remodel store shelves to meet customer needs
  • Read and act on planograms to ensure accurate product placement
  • Clean and reset products, shelves, pegs, and tags
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Retail, reset, remodel, or merchandising experience is a plus
  • Ability to work the entire duration of the project assigned
  • Experience working with planograms and full components of a reset is preferred
  • Proven ability to work in solo and team environments
  • Effective customer relations skills
