Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management Leadership: Provide discipline and leadership to contribute to a highly functioning team dynamic while working collaboratively with other project managers.
  • Project Team: Hold overall responsibility for the project assignment, utilizing the latest technology to improve communication, document control, and quality.
  • Relationships and Partnerships: Develop, foster, and administer strategic relationship initiatives with clients, design partners, subcontracting partners, and vendors.
  • Field Project Focus: Resolve field construction problems, attend progress meetings, develop status reports, and deliver presentations to make recommended policy and procedure improvements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in construction management
  • Experience managing design and construction of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPFP) systems is preferred
  • Experience working with 3-D modeling and systems commissioning is preferred
  • 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field is ideal
  • Strong organization skills, good time management, professionalism, and ability to work well with others
  • Certifications/Licenses required = OSHA 10
  • Preferred: LEED, PMP, EIT, PE, or AIA, USACE CQM
