Role Summary:
We are seeking a Mid/Senior Systems Architect to join a dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting the Government in aligning its strategic objectives with operational models. The architecture efforts will lead to the development of technical planning guidance that supports informed investment decisions.

The ideal candidate will utilize project management and systems engineering expertise to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed recommendations and their implications for future investments. Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible for identifying technical risks and conducting analyses of alternatives and trade-offs for various operational and investment scenarios.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, briefing, and communication skills.
  • Collaboration with the enterprise architecture organization to provide guidance and recommendations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • DODAF, UAF methodologies
  • SysML, UML proficiency
  • CAMEO experience (5 years)
  • Digital Engineering expertise
