Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans, utilizing your expertise in physiotherapy and rehabilitation techniques.
- Administer effective therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual techniques, and modalities, to help patients recover and improve their physical function.
- Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment options, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery and overall health management.
- Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback, ensuring optimal outcomes and timely recovery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, complying with all legal and ethical standards, while collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required. We seek individuals with strong clinical and interpersonal skills, a commitment to patient-centered care, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to ongoing professional development.
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
