Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and educational needs to develop individualized care plans.\
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to establish nursing diagnoses and update care accordingly.\
  • Implement individualized care based on nursing care plans, assist with activities of daily living, medication administration, skin assessment/wound care, and pain management.\
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • ~2 years of Med Surg experience - REQUIRED\
  • ~ Pediatric experience - preferred\
  • ~ EPIC experience - REQUIRED\
  • ~ Willingness to obtain required certifications and Oregon license.
