The Hospitals of Providence - East Campus is seeking a highly skilled Maternal Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Perinatal Program, this individual will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality care for our maternal patients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance maternal care and outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address variances in care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Lead and participate in maternal program oversight and quality improvement activities
- Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with other maternal program managers within the organization
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current state registration or eligibility to do so
- BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
- 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, including charge nurse experience
- High level of organizational skills, computer literacy, and adult education experience
