Job Summary

The Hospitals of Providence - East Campus is seeking a highly skilled Maternal Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Perinatal Program, this individual will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality care for our maternal patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance maternal care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address variances in care
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
  • Lead and participate in maternal program oversight and quality improvement activities
  • Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with other maternal program managers within the organization
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current state registration or eligibility to do so
  • BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
  • 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, including charge nurse experience
  • High level of organizational skills, computer literacy, and adult education experience
