Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a travel role in an outpatient environment.
Work Schedule: Flexible Days, 7 AM - 4 PM & 8 AM - 5 PM, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Contract Duration: 13 weeks.
- Must possess a valid CA License.
- At least 1 year of professional experience required.
- Experience in acute care settings is essential.
- Background in treating pediatric patients is necessary.
- Completion of an accredited SLP credential program (master's degree included).
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient pediatric speech therapy (including swallowing, speech, cognitive, and voice therapy).
- BLS certification is required.
Additional Information:
- Charting System: Cerner.
- First-time travelers are welcome.
- Local candidates are encouraged to apply.
- COVID-19 Vaccination (Facility Policy): Required - Medical/Religious exemptions considered.
- Flu Vaccination (Facility Policy): Status unknown.
Primary Responsibilities: Provides direct patient care and organizes medically prescribed speech therapy programs aimed at restoring functionality. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
