Sodexo is seeking an experienced Environmental Services Manager to lead our team at Erlanger in Chattanooga, TN. This is a Day Shift position (6:30-3:30pm) with coverage of every third weekend and every third holiday.
Key Responsibilities- Drive client and patient experience scores by ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of 60 housekeeping staff.
- Manage payroll records, schedules, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director.
- Effectively manage the Unit Operating System.
- Support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- 1-3 years of previous custodial or housekeeping management experience in a hospital or health-care environment.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently.
- Results and safety driven.
- Proficient with computers and other technology.
