Shift: 1st Weekend coverage - Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Fridays would vary between 6.5 hours and 9.5 hours, Saturday/Sunday would be 11.5 hours.
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week

License: ARRT registered is required. State license in Radiologic Technology is required if performing CT, general radiography, or any imaging using ionizing radiation.
Certifications:
- Advanced certification through ARRT in MR is required within 18 months of hire.
- BCLS certified within 90 days of hire date.
Must-Have:
- Graduate of a JCERT-approved two-year radiologic technology program.
- Successful completion of a cross-sectional anatomy class.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI studies under the direction of a radiologist and the oversight of a senior MRI Technologist.
- Interact with imaging staff, nursing, physicians, patients, and visitors.
- Act as a resource person for MRI technical and other issues, demonstrating competence according to specific guidelines and prescribed protocols.
- Operate MRI and related equipment, and prepare the scan room, equipment, supplies, and medications.
- Maintain images and archives associated with patient data.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A two or four-year college degree in radiologic technology, healthcare, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Additional skills in Ultrasound and Imaging are beneficial.
Language:
English: Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently.
