Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals to oversee the development of secure communication systems and advanced technology solutions.
- Engage in the complete systems development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system architecture design, and integration testing.
- Utilize project management methodologies to track progress and ensure adherence to budget and schedule.
- Contribute to the creation of an Integrated Master Schedule and provide regular updates on project status.
- Work across various engineering disciplines to achieve program objectives and milestones.
- Support customer demonstrations and participate in program reviews, both on-site and remotely.
- Assist in proposal development and present technical information to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- A degree in a relevant field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory for security clearance eligibility.
- Experience in systems engineering processes, including requirements analysis, design, integration, and validation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current DoD Secret Clearance is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience in presenting technical data.
- Background in electrical, systems, mechanical, or computer engineering.
