Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding and addressing patients' needs.
  • Assist patients in selecting eyewear and frames by leveraging your extensive knowledge of product lines and options.
  • Maximize sales opportunities while educating clients on lens choices.
  • Utilize appropriate tools to take precise measurements and fit/adjust eyewear according to patient requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery and communicate any potential delays to patients promptly.
  • Maintain the office's appealing appearance by cleaning frames and organizing displays.
  • Restock eyeglass cases, cleaning supplies, and contact lens stations, ensuring frame boards are adequately filled.
Essential Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 1-3 years of prior experience as an Optician is preferred.
  • A keen sense of fashion and a passion for assisting customers in a retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfortable with sales processes and transactions.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting.
