Position Summary:
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Stacker to enhance our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Stacker will be tasked with the arrangement and consolidation of goods onto pallets, ensuring they are securely prepared for dispatch. This position demands a keen eye for detail, physical endurance, and the capability to perform effectively in a high-energy setting.

Core Duties:

• Arrange and stack items on pallets in accordance with company protocols and client specifications.
• Ensure products are secured on pallets using materials such as shrink wrap and straps.
• Examine items for any damages or defects and communicate any concerns to the supervisor.
• Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery.
• Keep the workspace clean and orderly.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to facilitate efficient warehouse processes.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles as required.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or related field is advantageous.
• Capability to frequently lift and transport heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong focus on detail and precision.
• Effective organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment (forklift certification is beneficial).
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to adapt to various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
