Compensation:

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $15.00 to $20.50, representing the anticipated average hourly rate based on the state average. The actual base hourly offered will be determined by factors such as location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with occasional evening or Saturday hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Greets and assists every customer in a professional manner
  • Marketing new loans to existing and new customers via solicitation calls
  • Educates and upsells customers on all product offerings, including loan options and insurance products
  • Processes loan applications to determine customer eligibility
  • Works with past-due customers to bring their accounts current through collection calls

Qualifications:

  • Customer service mindset
  • Experience in sales and/or customer service
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • High School diploma or equivalent
