We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry and Image Quality Control Specialist to join our team at MetaSource. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing documents for image reviewing and associated data entry, working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Enter data from various media sources, including digital images and physical documents, into our systems.
- Perform image and data quality control to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Follow established work processes to meet output and quality expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with training and changes to work processes.
- Meet output requirements as defined by your team lead or supervisor.
- Maintain equipment, such as scanners and processing tools, to ensure optimal performance.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or one to three months of related experience and/or training.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
- Observes safety and security procedures, reports potential hazards, and uses equipment properly.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50-pound boxes.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Repetitive motion of hands, wrists, and fingers.
